Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK)

To order an MLAK, you must first confirm your eligibility by completing the form below.

Once submitted, you can continue to the product page using the link provided beneath the form.

Only eligible individuals or organisations may purchase an MLAK.

Eligibility includes:

Individuals with a disability
Those with written authority from a doctor, disability organisation, or community health centre
Owners or managers of buildings with accessible toilets

If you are NDIS-eligible, please retain your tax invoice as you may be able to claim this purchase.

Please note:

The price of the MLAK has increased to $64 from 1 July 2025 excluding GST.
MLAKs can only be shipped to an Australian residential or postal address.
